Frequently Asked Questions

What does registration include?

Besides an exciting two day conference, registration also includes:

  • Swag bag

  • Lunch & Light breakfast and snacks both days

  • Potential to win giveaways 

What should I bring?

Please bring:

  • Comfortable clothes and functional footwear 

  • Dress appropriately for indoor and outdoor activities

  • Any medications such as EpiPens, Inhalers, allergy medications, etc.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, and therefore recommend leaving valuables at home.

Start and End Time

Do I need to fill out a release form?

Yes. In order to participate, all attendees must be registered and complete the City of Brighton release form by October 28, 2026.

Chaperones

Thank you for your part in helping us empower our future leaders!

Expectations for the conference:

  • Help your group get through check in when they arrive

  • Please sit with your group during the large keynote sessions

  • Assist in supervising your students and helping redirect disruptive behaviors during workshops

  • Knowledge of any dietary restrictions or food allergens your students have

Please Note:

Chaperones will have significant downtime while students are participating in breakout workshops. Chaperones may bring their work or a book if they desire.

 

There will be a designated quiet space for chaperones away from workshops with Wifi access.
