What is the Image Summit Youth Leadership Conference?
The Image Summit Youth Leadership Conference is a youth conference designed to empower young people from across Colorado through a powerful mix of breakout workshops, leadership-building activities, and direct engagement with local elected officials.
This two-day annual youth leadership conference is open to Colorado youth grades 5-12. Young people can register to attend individually or with a chaperoned group from their school or organization.

This is Brighton's tenth annual Image Summit Youth Leadership Conference and space is limited. Join us for an electric two day of connection, inspiration, leadership development, and opportunities to engage with leaders from across Colorado. Ready to attend the Image Summit? Registration opens September 1, 2026.
Young people can register and attend individually or with a chaperoned group from their school or youth organization. Chaperones must also register in order to attend. Space is limited, so don't wait to reserve your spot at the 2026 Image Summit Youth Leadership Conference!
A parent or guardian will need to complete the required registration and City of Brighton release form for attendees under age 18.
Complete Your Release Form
All Image Summit attendees are required to complete the City of Brighton's release form before attending the conference. Parents or guardians will need to complete the form for youth participants under age 18.
This information is important for our event team to have in case an emergency would occur with your child at the conference. Parents/guardians will be added to our conference's emergency text messaging system.
The deadline to complete the City of Brighton's release form is October 28, 2026.
2026 Keynote Speakers & Emcee
Hear from inspiring leaders. Each day of the conference begins with a keynote speaker who brings all conference attendees together and shares a message that inspires, challenges, and motivates. Throughout both days, our emcee keeps the energy high, helps guide attendees through the conference experience, and leads a workshop of his own. Together, our keynote speakers and emcee help make the Image Summit an engaging and memorable experience for young people.
2026 Breakout Workshops
Engage, Learn, and Lead
Image Summit attendees will take part in seven different breakout workshops on day one of the conference, designed specifically for their age group. Students in grades 5-8 and grades 9-12 will follow separate tracks and rotate through workshops with their assigned groups. From leadership and advocacy, to creative expression, teamwork, and self confidence, each workshop offers a chance to learn, connect, and grow.

What happens after you register?
After registration, you'll receive additional information about the conference including confirmation, arrival information, and reminders leading up to the conference.
Attendees will be placed into their appropriate age track and pre-assigned to a group for the breakout workshop rotations and roundtable discussions with local elected officials.
Parents/guardians will be added to our emergency text messaging system specific to the Image Summit Youth Leadership Conference. Text notifications will be sent as needed in the case of an emergency during the conference to communicate important information directly and quickly to parents/guardians.
