
Registration Information
Ready to attend the Image Summit? Registration opens September 1, 2026 for all Colorado youth in grades 5-12. Whether you're registering as an individual or bringing a group from your school or organization, you'll find everything you need to get registered below.

Choose How You'll Attend
Individual Registration
Students who are attending on their own can register individually. A parent or guardian will need to complete the required registration and release form for attendees under age 18.
Group Registration
Schools, youth organizations, and youth-led groups are welcome to attend with a chaperone. Chaperones can register their participating young people and coordinate required forms for their attendees. Chaperones must also be registered in order to attend.

If you are registering a group, you will need the following information for EACH young person you are bringing with you. You will need to enter this required information before you are able to checkout and purchase your group's tickets.

Required Release Form
All attendees are required to complete the City of Brighton's release form before attending the Image Summit. Parents or guardians will need to complete the form for youth participants before October 28, 2026. English and Spanish versions are available.
Chaperones, please assist in making sure registration and City of Brighton Release forms are completed for each participant of your group.
What happens after you register?
After registration, you'll receive additional information about the conference including confirmation, arrival information, and reminders leading up to the conference.
Attendees will be placed into their appropriate age track and pre-assigned to a group for the breakout workshop rotations and roundtable discussions with local elected officials.
Chaperones and parents/guardians will be added to our emergency text messaging system specific to the Image Summit Youth Leadership Conference. Text notifications will be sent as needed in the case of an emergency during the conference to communicate important information directly and quickly to chaperones and parents/guardians.
