Required Release Form

All Image Summit attendees are required to complete the City of Brighton's release form before attending the conference. Parents or guardians should complete the release form for youth participants under age 18.

This information is important for our event team to have in case an emergency would occur with your child at the conference. Parents/guardians will be added to our conference's emergency text messaging system.
